31 Life Lessons
1. Trust your gut. Really.
If you think he likes you, you’re probably right. If you think he’s cheating, you’re probably right. If you think she’s going to be your new BFF, (this time with feeling!) you’re probably right.
2. Sunscreen. Always.
SPF 15 indoors, SPF 30 outdoors. I’ve been wearing sunscreen everyday since I was 19 and I still get carded. I think this actually has more to do with...

3 Things I Will Never Sacrifice for Success
My Health
My Relationships
My Youth
If you can start the day without caffeine or pep pills,
If you can be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains,
If you can resist complaining and boring people with your troubles,
If you can eat the same food everyday and be grateful for it,
If you can understand when loved ones are too busy to give you time,
If you can overlook when people take things out on you when,

It’s like finding a damn Halloween Costume. When it’s not the right time, you always think about the best costume. But when the time comes to actually think about it, you can never remember the things you thought of.

How people in your life are like Television...
Ive come to find that people in your life are like TV shows. There are plenty of great and entertaining shows out there. But sometimes you just can’t watch them all. You just have to try to follow them the best you can or try to DVR it. It’s not taking away from the quality of the shows you are missing, but sometimes you just can’t fit them into your lives.
Remember that movie Hitch with Will Smith?

Late night insight on...whatever this is
If you’re dating someone mutually inexclusively (did I make that word up?) and she tip toes around the topic of what she did last night, there are 2 ways to look at it.
You can look at it as if she’s got another guy and that you’re competing for her affection
She really likes you that she doesn’t want you to know what guys she talked to last night or what stupid thing she did. I mean really when...

Country music has this reputation of being whiny, downer, redneck music. In someways or another it actually does fit that reputation.
But think about it. The things that are the topics of Country songs are simple things, and what gives you more comfort than something thats simple? Songs about, hanging out on the...

How To Be 20-Something- by Ryan O'Connell
Be really attractive. Your acne is gone, your face has matured without having wrinkles and everything on your body is lifted naturally. Eat bagels seven days a week, binge-drink and do drugs: you’ll still look like a babe. When you turn thirty, it’ll become a different story but that’s, like, not for a really long time.
Reestablish a relationship with your parents. You don’t live with them...
Dispelling Dodger Fan Myths
Being from LA, I was born and bred a Dodger Fan. I am very proud of that. However, living in an area heavily populated by Angel fans for 4 years of my life, I realized Angel fans have a perception of Dodger Fans that really irritates me.
They would stereotype us as ‘ghetto’. (What exactly constitutes ghetto?)

Its not my fault that the gym is prime people watching. I live in LA, so you know there’s always something interesting everytime I go to the gym. Here’s the type of people I always encounter. Mind you, I’m talking about the types of people, not the way they work out.

My Top Guiltiest Television Pleasures
After following “Jersey Shore” and watching every episode at least twice, I started thinking about the shows that I love to watch, but other people consider it so corny and horrible script wise, story wise and/or premise wise.
Sidenote; After writing this, I realize that I have a weak spot for show with good music, no matter how horrible the show is.
